Lenten Appeal 2023

Dear Parishioners,

 ‘’So with yourselves: since you strive eagerly for spirits, seek to have an abundance of them for building up the church’’ (1 Co 14:12)

The morningside facade of our church, the 125th street  facade and the entire roof of the church need to be renewed so that we can be safer. This restoration work will require a lot of money and we need the support of all parishioners to make it happen.

While thanking you for your contributions to the Sunday collection, the Parish Council and the priests of the parish invite you to the effort of this year 2023. It has become a habit for us to set aside 1 dollar each day of the Lenten season to support the work of our parish. So on Holy Thursday April 6, you will hand in your $40 envelope as a result of your hardship to support your parish church.

May God continue to bless you in your generosity and may he make sure that you lack nothing in your life. May Mary our Mother and Mother of the Church watch over each of you.
